This slipped past me last week: Regina McCombs of Poynter has reviewed some news apps on iPhone. Having blogged about the importance of a mobile-first strategy for news organizations, I read this with interest and commend it to your attention.
I like some of the same apps (and will be blogging some about iPhone apps I like as I prepare for and teach my class at the University of Iowa in the coming weeks). I would add the Guardian’s app as another strong news app.
